Then the people working there are rude as hell. No Casino in Washington State ever asked for this much info. My other gripe is why do they need all your info IE: Drivers License / Home address etc just to play a machine. All machines you have to insert your players card to even insert money. Fist of all you cant even play anything without getting the harrahs card to play.
Yes its a casino and your going to loose money sometime etc etc however most of the places we have been to at least give you a little to continue playing and get your hopes up somewhat, These machines just takes your $20 and might as well slap you on the and send you on your way because your not going to make a dime here. My wife and I have been to plenty of casinos and this one has made my number 1 list for worst possible place to play.
